Returns and Refunds
- We believe that you will like the furniture of GT COLLECTION, which can help you enrich your living space. However, if our products are confirmed to have a major quality defect and you wish to return the products, you can initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the goods, ensuring that the products you wish to return are in “brand new” condition and all packaging is intact. Please note that we do not accept returns for any reason other than product quality defects.
- Returns will be subject to a flat AUD 300 shipping fee and applicable taxes (subject to customer service approval). At the same time, if the product that needs to be returned was purchased as a combination discount and any one of the items is returned, the remaining items that you keep will no longer be eligible for the discount and the difference will be deducted from your refund.
- Third party carriers will not accept products without packaging protection and will not provide packaging materials. You must repack the goods in their original packaging. If the original packaging is lost, you can choose to replace it with similar materials and methods of protection, such as bubble wrap, paper and wooden frames.
- When your goods are received by a third party carrier and we confirm that the product is in “brand new” condition, the return work will be processed within 3-7 working days, minus the return freight borne by you, and our customer service will refund your remaining money through the initial payment route (the specific work is also affected by your financial institution). Note that we define the product as being in a “new” state, subject to the following conditions:
- Free from any contamination, scratches or marks of use (including animal hair, pilling, etc.), odors, damage or other modifications
- No indication of proper use Except for the above factors, we will not accept any return request.
- The returned products will not be sold to other customers.
