Warranty
- Warranty Period: All GT Collection furniture is guaranteed for 1 year from your purchase date. Please notify us by email [email protected], along with photos or videos showing the damage or defect. We will contact you within 3 working days of receiving this email.
- Warranty: It only applies for problems caused by manufacturing or material defects.
- Damage or defects due to the following factors are not covered by the warranty.
- l Wear or damage caused by normal use (e.g. but not limited to: scratches, indentations, fading, shrinkage, fabric fuzziness or stains, etc.) or improper use (environment or manner, etc.)
- l Damage caused by incorrect assembly of the product
- l Damage caused by natural disasters or accidents
- Repair or replacement: If it is identified as a problem within the scope of the warranty, we will choose to repair or replace according to the specific situation. This may include fixing defects, replacing parts, or replacing entire furniture.
- The replaced products will not be sold to other customers.
