Do you have an exhibition hall?
We don't have a showroom in Australia right now. We use online sales to reduce additional costs and provide you with the highest quality service at the best price.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
When your goods are received by a third party carrier and we confirm that the product is in "brand new" condition, the return work will be processed within 3-7 working days, minus the return cost borne by you, and our customer service will refund your remaining money through the initial payment route (the specific work is also affected by your financial institution).
How do I clean my mattress cover?
The mattress cover is not removable, if you need to clean, you can clean the contaminated area with a mild cleaner, and gently rub the part that needs to be cleaned. Make sure the clean area is completely dry before adding a mattress protector or sheet.
What sizes of beds are available?
We offer six sizes of bed: DOUBLE (138*188), S-QUEEN (150*200), QUEEN (153*203), S-KING(180*200), KING(183*203) and SUPER KING(200*220).
DOUBLE: Suitable for children, youth and adults. This size is usually used in narrow Spaces.
S-QUEEN and QUEEN: Suitable for adults. The QUEEN is our most popular size, providing space and comfort for two adults.
S-KING, KING, and SUPER KING: Suitable for adults. These sizes provide the most spacious and comfortable space for two adults.
Can I choose different fabrics and colors?
Fabrics and colours for each sofa are available on the website and you can choose from the fabric swatch we provide. Materials and colors beyond the optional range maybe available only when you consult our customer service.
Are the seat and cushion removable?
Some of our sofas have removable cushions and cushions. When cleaning is required, we recommend removing the contaminated area individually with a mild cleaner, and gently rubbing the area to be cleaned, remember to keep the inner core dry.
Does the sofa need to be assembled?
